Cricket Club
Morley Cricket Club, West Yorkshire, wished to refurbish their premises and required a design proposal in order to apply for a development grant.
The existing interiors were tired and worn out being perhaps 25 years old resembling a 1980’s working man’s club, no plans or detail drawings existed for the premises. 360 degree was brought on board to specifically redesign the club bar and provide a general scheme which could then be accurately costed and rolled out as a template for the other rooms in the building.
The object here was ‘Evolution not Revolution’ the club committee recognizing that whilst the bar room most definitely needed a facelift and updating to suit casual dining, they firmly wished to keep the existing ‘feel’ and stick to a conservative palette of club colours. The budget was tight, with structural building work out of the question.
