Introducing a new approach to retail banking, designed for young digitally aware clients; replacing enclosed spaces and forbidding teller counters with 24 hour vibrant open areas and an engaging full-on multimedia experience.
With just 3 months from concept sign off to the pilot branch opening, 360 deg was tasked by the London based design consultancy to work for 6 weeks in Singapore with the Bank’s premises team. This involved creating a ‘live’ full drawing pack; liaising with client & contractors, selecting finishes then refining the design to accommodate user-group feedback.
The final results go above and beyond anything previously experienced in the retail banking sector, with the new branch design now being rolled out across the far east.
