Retail unitary is in theory very straight forward to develop; typically the concept design is signed off & there is a potential roll-out program for the successful shopfitting manufacturer. Subject of course to achieving ‘Right first time’ for the pilot installation (a management mantra rarely achieved)

The snag, is that the manufacturing price will have been negotiated downwards until there is precious little room for material waste or ‘learning on the job’. This is where 360deg comes into its own, bringing to bear 20+ years of specialised joinery and value engineering experience.

360’s approach is flexible and recognises the considerable experience available at shop-floor level. Production drawings are then quickly prepared which are understandable by both client and workshop, materials are specified and ordered in time, in parallel designs are developed which can be adaptable on the bench. Design risks are then minimised, production re-makes are avoided, and repeat orders follow allowing profits to be consolidated.
